FAQ
Common Questions
How do I know which program is right for me?
We offer a free assessment session to evaluate your current skill level and fitness. Our coaches will recommend the best-fit program. You can book an assessment via the contact page.
Can I move to a higher program as I improve?
Yes. Students are assessed at the end of each batch cycle and can progress based on coach evaluation. There's no extra fee to move up — progress is the goal.
Are there trial sessions before committing to a full batch?
We offer a complimentary single trial session for new joiners. Call us or fill in the contact form to book your free trial.
What equipment do I need to bring?
Non-marking badminton shoes and comfortable sportswear are required. Rackets and shuttlecocks are provided during sessions. You're welcome to bring your own racket.
Do you offer weekend-only batches for the adult program?
Currently the adult program runs weekday evenings. Weekend court slots are available to book independently through our booking platform.
How large are the training batches?
We keep batches small for quality coaching — typically 4 to 8 players per session depending on the program level. Professional-track players may train 1:1 or in pairs.
