Personal Information: When you register, enrol in a program, or book a court, we collect your name, age, date of birth, gender, contact number, email address, and emergency contact details.

Health Information: We may collect information about medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations where voluntarily disclosed by you for the purpose of tailoring coaching safely. This constitutes "sensitive personal data or information" under the SPDI Rules and is handled with heightened care.

Payment Information: For online transactions, payment details are processed directly by our payment gateway partner. We do not store card numbers or banking credentials on our servers.

Usage Data: When you use our Platform, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and session duration for analytics and security purposes.

Communication Data: If you contact us via email, phone, or our contact form, we retain records of that correspondence to facilitate responses and track ongoing matters.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

  • Process enrolments, court bookings, and payments
  • Communicate with you about your membership, schedule changes, and academy updates
  • Tailor coaching and training programs to your needs and fitness level
  • Send promotional content and newsletters (you may opt out at any time)

Essential Cookies: Required for core Platform functionality such as login sessions and booking management. These cannot be disabled.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security practices and procedures as mandated under the SPDI Rules, 2011, including access controls, encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS), and secure storage of personal data.

While we take every reasonable step to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

In the event of a data security breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required under applicable Indian law.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy or as required by applicable law.

Membership and transaction records are typically retained for a period of 7 years for accounting, legal, and dispute resolution purposes, in line with requirements under the Companies Act, 2013 and the Income Tax Act, 1961.

Upon your request for deletion (subject to any overriding legal obligation to retain data), we will securely delete or anonymise your personal information.

Under applicable Indian law, you have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information

Parents or guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's personal data by contacting our Grievance Officer.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites (such as payment gateways or social media platforms). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites and encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
